Do we need to research, What is best for our body?

Body always communicate what is for you and what is not for you. But our senses are so dead or I should say so excited that we choose not to see and listen the signs communicated by our body.



What can do?

We should close our eyes daily for at least 5 minutes and just feel our self. That is how we will reestablish our lost or weak connection with our body.


Tip:

You can close your eyes and think what you have eaten last day or what you have done last day. And think in no time you will start getting signals back form your inner self.




Here’s how to do it:

  1. Best time for you to wake up is 4.00A.M.

  2. Search for the clean and calm place in your surrounding.

  3. Lit one "Diya" with the desi ghee.

  4. Sit legs crossed but spine straight.

  5. Close your eyes and think of what ever you want to analyze in your life.

  6. You need to visualize the better outcome you are expecting in your life.

  7. Suddenly your body will start suggesting you the ideas you need to follow to get better results.
